The Franklin Butchery is a family-owned neighborhood butcher shop in the heart of Franklin, Tennessee. Every cut is hand-selected, every meal is made with intention, and every visit feels like home.
The Franklin Butchery is more than a butcher shop. It’s an elevated experience built around transparency, craft, and community. We opened our doors because we believed Franklin, Tennessee deserved a place where you can watch your steak being cut through glass, ask for the exact thickness you want, and leave with a meal your family will remember.
Our butcher case is stocked daily with hand-cut beef, pork, lamb, and poultry sourced from Bear Creek Farm, a Tennessee family farm where cattle are pasture-raised and grain-finished with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our fresh seafood arrives from the coast of Maine, rotated daily based on what looks best.
Beyond the case, we offer gourmet sandwiches built with our own hand-cut meats, chef-driven Meals To Go designed to reheat beautifully at home, and a curated selection of craft beer and wine. Whether you’re planning a weeknight dinner or a weekend showstopper, our team is here to help you choose the right cut, the right amount, and the right way to cook it.
